Ridding myself of any negative thoughts and becoming content in the moment (Smiling for no apparent reason helped this).
Visualization… seeing in my minds eye exactly what shot I wanted to make…and making it.
Breathing… two long deep breathes as I stood in the tee box.
These are merely the tip of the iceberg as the techniques are involved and provide fantastic and real results… both in everyday life and golf.
